Our family has enjoyed owning and managing The Wilson Building for 35 years. Some of our tenants have been with us nearly as long, a fact we're very proud of. Our approach is simple -- we believe a mutually respectful and open relationship with our tenants creates simplicity, allowing our tenants to focus on their business and us to focus on ours: keeping The Wilson Building running smoothly.

Maintenance & Renovation
Upkeep of the building is a key priority for us. From the sprinkler system to windows, lighting, roofing, sidewalk and parking lot, The Wilson Building receives ongoing attention.
Our tenants are encouraged to alert us of any issues -- easier to fix a small problem than let it get bigger.

Relationship with Tenants
We help tenants respond to unexpected business changes, such as the need to find a sub-lessee or someone to share their lease. In other cases tenants may need to expand to a larger space in the building before the lease term ends.
In either case, our view is simple: if we have a good relationship, we'll work to help you stay at The Wilson Building.
